As for the election fraud, what else is new? The Sunnis deep-sixed the Constitution in October but mysterious masses of Kurds in Kurdish-controlled eastern Nineveh province -- unseen in Salahuddin province, which voted overwhelmingly against the Consitution -- resulted in Nineveh, where the population mix is similar, voting overwhelmingly for the Constitution. This despite there were more pro-consitution Shiites in Salahuddin region. Suspicious?
