Did he just blame 9/11 on a newpaper for disclosing their spying?

He said they had one of the attackers on the phone and his type of phone was revealed an then he changed his phone...and then we were attacked...!!! What happened to "If we knew they were going to fly planes into buildings, we would have moved heaven and earth"??????

2. Do you remember the details of that story?

I had a separate post asking aobut that. Since Shrub inserted "in the late 90's" into his remark, it sure sounded like he was trying to blame Clinton AGAIN!

I vaguely remember the story, but none of the details.
