"Inherent Powers of the Presidency" = The Divine Right of Kings
Edited on Mon Dec-19-05 05:26 PM by Sandpiper
That's what the GOP is telling us.

The Law and Constitution now grant the Executive Branch the Divine Right of Kings.

In executing the laws, the President now has an inherent right to violate them.

If this doesn't bring Shrub down, nothing will.

3. More than half of the Federal legislature agree he is divine.
The Union was dissolved in 2000 with the assistance of the Supreme Court. The Constitution is just a piece of paper.

4. Amazing that the Rs now supporting * don't realize that he'll toss them
aside if it suits his purpose. Look how he's slimed those who have kissed and told!

They think making him dictator immunizes them against his tyrannies. They even think they'll grow rich on it. They need to check history - Hitler, Stain - to see how dictators treat their "friends" once the politics demand it.
