Did they report on the girl that spoke before him though? Young, blonde girl. Obviously took a wrong turn and landed in the FAUX studio. She was agreeing with the judge that was the guest, who stated over and over that blivet** broke the law. He said that he had been a judge that was in rotation for the FISA court. They were on call 24 hours a day when it was their "week" to serve in that capacity. He said that the FISA law allowed them to give them the warrant OVER THE PHONE. There was no down time between the request (if it was reasonable) and the warrant.

Anyway, the young blonde girl called for blivet**'s removal because he had no right to spy on us. I was impressed that FAUX was allowing the discussion at all.

Then, of course, the not as young, blonde female "host" asked for the viewers to email their thought, even if they were nasty, because "they can handle them" too. She was really flippant. Reminded me it was time to change the channel again ... which I did.

We can only hope that person is in the minority.
