To Justify Spying Bush Must Disclose Results

I have now seen a half a dozen local on-line polls which offer as an option the proposition that the ends justified the means, that the results of Bush's illegal spying justify's him having done it in the first place. In effect the public is willing to ratify an illegal activity by accepting that proposition but beyond that in order to hold that position one would have to be shown the results of the spying operation. Until Bush discloses how the information was used and to what effect there can be no acceptance of the act, even after the fact. Do you agree?

for security reasons.

Even if hearings are held, I doubt that they will be transparent to the American people.
