But the Democrats need to respond, "Absolutely not!" No, George, you are not a king. You do not have the authority. You had the law before you which you say was not "fast or quick" enough. You are a liar, Dubya. You finally took the rope. And now it's around your neck and you're not going to be able to excape until the people of this country have some answers. No, you have no authority to spy on the citizens of this country. None, whatsoever..

gwb.... speaking of terrorists.... none of whom were in Iraq.... none of whom were Iraqi... (in spite of the fact that we killed tens of thousands of their relatives in '91)... so, the terrorists who weren't in Iraq, were dangerous before we went in there... and now we are fighting with and killing Iraqis who never would have lifted a finger towards the U.S., so, what I am getting is.... he is totally off his rocker. Having a mental breakdown right on national television.
