If the Republican Senate fails to extend the Patriot Act-Look for
a MIHOP event. It will be the perfect excuse. Why would GW let it expire if it is so G.D. important? The Dems are willing to extend the act for 3 months. Bushco won't deal. This may be the reason he is so blatent about breaking the law. If there is another spectacular event, the sheeples most likely will forgive old George for spying in the first place and he can continue his little game for as long as he wants.

4. make it happen on purpose as opposed to a LIHOP event
which is let it happen on purpose. Many here think other events that have threatened our national security fall into one of these two categories.

Besides, Bush doesn't really need Congress anymore to run the country. That's just sooooo Constitutional era.

6. I'm afraid of something like that happening, too!
MIHOP or LIHOP to shore up *'s support among the morons and to justify the asswipe in the Oval Office calling for Martial Law.

He's been itching to declare Martial Law....he let New Orleans drown because Blanco wouldn't let him declare Martial Law. I put nothing past him or his misadministration!

10. Possibly... but this time, some of us are expecting it and
probably some persons smarter than I are anticipating that move.

If he does a "MIHOP", what would happen if it was swiftly revealed and deconstructed? If he does a MIHOP and that happens, then he will have bet the "rent" and lost.

Lost BIG. As in JAIL.

11. Don't forget that the neocons didn't succeed in smuggling the faux
"weapons of mass destruction" into Iraq so they could be "discovered".

IF, as some believe, that was part of their plan.

People must be vigilant. People have to watch the hands of this cheezy carnival shyster as he moves the shells around. Film his hands and then watch them in slow motion. That's what we need to do to EVERYTHING he, and especially everything DICK CHENEY, does.

12. "It will not happen on my watch" - George W. Bush
BushCo. has guaranteed the American people that another attack would never happen with his Cabal in the White House.

With the recent revelation, admission, and vow to continue spying on the American people and violating the Constitution by the BushCo. Cabal, that removes the need for the Patriot Act in the first place. George W. Bush has declared that he will do whatever he wants, whether he has the power under the law or not.

In other words, George W. Bush cannot make a declaration to violate the Constitution for the purpose of National Security and still have any need for the Patriot Act.
