What kind of idiot relocates his family to Saudi Arabia?
On this weeks top ten conservitive idiots Saudi Arabia was on there for suspending 17 girls that were expatriots for taking off thier face covers. Expatriots means there "family" relocated there. Which means not only are they complete idiots but also child abusers. So when they go back to there homelands should there parents be prosecuted for child abuse?

1. Not all expatriate minors are with parents
Some of them are teenagers from places like India and the Philippines who have been brought over to work as domestic servants.

Actually, a lot of the American expatriates in Saudi Arabia are with the oil companies and live in walled-off compounds that look like U.S. subdivisions and have all the comforts of home, undoubtedly including all the strip mall businesses,

2. That's quite a leap in logic.
If they didn't know Saudi laws when they relocated, they do now.

3. For your own edification...
google Saudi Aramco

You could get a flavor of what it's like there, including employment opportunities and life in the kingdom (mostly Eastern Province). It is more than you probably want to know but for those who want a good paycheck and the chance to travel this may not be all bad if you're willing to take the risk. If you're ex-military (especially security background), Vinnell Corp might be your cup of tea. Lots of more dangerous places in this world than Saudi Arabia. Sala'am Aleikum.

4. I Have No Ready Answer
But if you want an honest answer to your question, you might PM JCMach1. He's teaching in that area of the world now and is far better informed than most of us.
