Looks like MSNBC has already convicted Kobe Bryant...

This picture is from their front page.
Of all the pictures they could show of Bryant, they pick one of him smirking like the "stereotypical black rapist."

I don't know if Bryant raped the woman, or she is lying.
That's not the point.

How many pictures of Rush smirking like this have been put up, since he admitted being a doper?

... on their newscasts. Wish I could find it; it's this horrible picture with his eyes half-closed and his mouth open. I've seen autopsy photos that were more flattering.

I saw one of those newsertainment shows over the weekend (ET, AH??) which did a puff piece on him so unbelievable it verged on jury tampering.

I think there are just too many big advertisers with shit at stake here that there's going to be a lot of pressure on networks to get him off. It'll be a hundred times more egregious than that trial of the green bay packer who raped, uh, I mean "had consentual sex with" his daughter's 17 year old friend and got off.

Also, I don't think that expression looks like a smirk.

Is at least as bad. Every day that this is discussed on that smug harpie Catherine Crier's show it's headlined "Kobe Bryant's Foul Play?" (which aside from being prejudicial, doesn't even make sense as a basketball pun/reference).

8. The only really unflattering shots I have ever seen of Kobe were

in the press conference he gave when he changed his mind and decided to confess to having sex with the victim (after the DNA tests proved that he did) He made a lot of really unflattering facial gestures during that press conference IMNSHO.

The picture in the original post here is not unflattering in the least.
