What's the deal with Rush and drug use?

Mike Malloy last night (during Randi's timeslot) insinuated that Rush was "back on drugs"

I'm not able to listen to Malloy at his regular time, so he's new to me - I'm not sure I understand him yet - is he kidding? is this hyperbole?

Or is old boil-butt really back on the Oxy? Not that he makes any more or less sense on or off drugs, mind you...

Just because he's under investigation for doctor shopping doesn't mean his housekeeper isn't out there scoring for him... hehe

Users use. Rush was never "cured". He did not spend enough time in rehab to be cured. He spent the time that he thought would satisfy his listeners. Drug addicts are habitual liars, too, as if we didn't know this about Rush! So, he keeps on lying, saying he is cured. He has to. He has nothing in life left to do. .
