Why has the Senate been so quiet for so long?
Frist looks like someone killed his cat.

Are the Dems trying to prevent a quorum? Maybe they're all across the street at Bullfeathers for Happy Hour.

2. This whole dog and pony show has lot more to do with
Judicial nominees process than the "Patriot Act". They are getting concessions from the rethugs on Alito

The Senate Democrats are not that stupid to kill the Patriot Act.
