2. Hooray! As a former Californian . . .
Whose vote was probably stolen in 2000 and 2004 by Diebold machines, I couldn't be happier.

6. The tide is turning.
Things are starting to change. From all I have read, hacking the Diebold machines was a very easy thing to do. The Diebold machines did their dirty deeds. They will never get away with shit like this again.

5. I can't believe it. Now Musclehead really could have a tough time...
Edited on Wed Dec-21-05 05:56 PM by Zinfandel
against even, the too unknown democrats, without those republican owned voting machines...

I just don't believe this will be the end of it though...There is still a year to go (before mid term elections) and CA does now have an (un-elected) APPOINTED (by republican Arnold) Sec. of State, who is itching to find a way to get these machines in place...

I'm happy, but I'm holding my breath until a few month's down the line...

9. OK! Now it makes sense, the notorious, "needs more testing" bullshit...
Edited on Wed Dec-21-05 05:59 PM by Zinfandel
which will give the republicans plenty of time to approve their machines before the election AND give that false sense of comfort & security, that NOW, the machines really have been checked out (right), and pay no mind to any electronic voter fraud in California in the future!!

We republicans have taken measures...

14. Not too fast..
ES&S and Sequoia are still possibilities.. It's like throwing your green crayon away when you still have blue & yellow.

13. Yay! Yay! Cali-for-ni-a!
I can't believe they actually got it this far to begin with. You don't have to be a computer geek to know the whole idea of this voting device is flawed.
