1. Being an Alaskan, living here,
means averting your eyes and looking at the ground when someone asks who your senator is. I've never voted for this man, not in the last 25 years here, but some people have, or at least thats the way it's been counted. What an idiot. He wears a "Hulk" tie like some teenage movie junkie thinking it's cute.
Can we borrow your chair? We have enough electricity to power it and we will return it in well used condition.
Stevens means saying your sorry.

5. This is gonna scare you
My uncle, in Anchorage, used to work as Steven's chief of staff.

He (my uncle) is the ultimate freeper.

2. Did you see his ugly-ass tie today?
It was hideous. I hope he retires soon.

to nowhere.

He should be elated.

9. New person alert!!! Welcome.
Truly, this is the best news in a long time. When Alaska voted for Bush in the last stolen election the first words out of my mouth were "I guess they'll be drilling soon". So very glad the bill didn't pass, I can't tell you.

12. He's as much a product of this culture of corruption
as anyone in the lower 48.

My own senator is closet war profiteer.

(Sorry, World, we're trying hard!)

11. I love it! Absolutely love it, I tell you.
Republican Reaction to Budget Bill Passing and trotting out all the hateful repukes on c-span. Bad mouthing Democratic colleagues is fashionable these days. Especially by the GOP big wigs led by junior.

14. You noticed that too, eh? Sometimes I don't know who's the
nuttiest them or the Democratic Party. I think we're okay half the time and the other half we watch the loony tunes perform.

15. It's a challenge to stay functional when your jaw is dropping constantly.
I'm a Green and won't invite flame bait by commenting except to say this, the Dem leadership seems to regularly underestimate their support in the progressive community. I don't want them lefter although I am, I'd just like them clearer.

17. Peace. I savor the Dems victories because they're victories
not only for Party but for principle. The inverse of what poor, normal Republicans get nowadays.
