A Very Wanker Christmas -- John Gibson unveiled
Edited on Sun Dec-25-05 02:34 PM by CatWoman
An Amazon reviewer on John Gibson’s “The War on Christmas: How the Liberal Plot to Ban the Sacred Christian Holiday Is Worse Than You Thought”:

In 1989, John Gibson worked as a weekend anchorman at the local television station (KCRA channel 3) that my mother worked at in Sacramento, and she would occasionally invite him to have dinner with us (her, my sister, and me). This happened mayber 5 or 6 times, and then when Christmas came, she invited him to have Christmas dinner with us. He arrived drunk.

I remember how he spent our Christmas dinner just railing and yelling about all the people at the TV station he hated, ranting and raving and hitting the table. We ate in silence, hoping he wouldn’t get even angrier. After dinner, he wanted to watch TV, and insisted that my 14-year-old sister sit right next to him. After about five minutes with his hands all over her, and hugging her, she managed to get away, and my mother suggested that he go home. He got angry and left, but not before smashing a serving plate made of china that our grandmother had left us. Thankfully, that was the last I saw of him in person.

3. You know, he fits my interpretation of "born again"
People who are such shitheads hide behind the term "born again" as though they don't have to clean up anything that occurred in life prior to the time they declared themselves "born again."

18. But when he was 'born again,' from which
orifice did he spring forth?

I vote for pushing him back in.

7. He wants so bad to be one of the big shots
at FAUX and I think all the publicity about his stupid book was the vehicle that was supposed to launch him to that level. But he just doesn't have the right stuff. His outrages sound contrived and he is even funnier looking than Alan Colmes. Doesn't surprise me that he acts as creepy as he looks.

11. This war is falling in place for the Reicht
All of us on this side are playing into their plot just like they knew we would.. They create a bogus war on Christmas . We all know this is bogus but more and more I see our side playing along and dissing Christmas. We take sides, they get the good side that loves God and Christmas, we play along and take the Grinch bad side . Next year comes along and they no longer have to pretend, we have played into their trap by buying this garbage about Libs being against Christmas.

Wake up people. Youre being played like fiddles. And youre doing exactly what they KNEW you would.

21. I agree
Dems should simply be laughing and saying 'Democrats love Christmas! Republicans are trying to turn the holiday season into a hate-filled contest where they are better than everyone else. Don't let their whining ruin Christmas for you, America!'. And laugh some more.

12. That is one great find!
Now, whenever I see or hear about him, I can bring back this story and recall just how twisted and worthless he really is. If it happened once, it happened again and again. It's a matter of time before people come out of the shadows of time and nail his sorry ass to the reality wall.

Merry Xmas and Happy New Year, toots!

13. Last Friday I e-mailed the Amazon review
to Myword@foxnews and asked Gibson who was this "Amy from Modesto" who wrote the book review? and what was her 14 year old sister's name who he alledgedly had his hands all over before the mother told him to leave.
Last week, Gibson was quick to threaten a law suit against a quest Rob Boston during his show for saying that Gibson's book was a bogus bunch of lies which caused a Gibson on-air meltdown. I wonder if he'd be as quick to sue this woman for insinuating that Gibson was guilty of the improper touching of a female minor while he was under the influence of alcohol. I'm not holding my breath for an answer.

17. You know, we could take up a collection and ask for permission
to PUBLISH the review. . .wouldn't that be a hoot? Maybe in one of the media trade journals. . .

I could be wrong, but I wonder if there's a Limbaugh connection.

Any long-time Sac libs out there?

16. What a surprise! A man with a tantrum-throwing personality
whose emotional behavioral maturity peaked at the age of 10. . .this seems characteristic of virtually every neo-con I've met.
