Will Bush's domestic spying spawn internal terrorist attacks?

I was thinking last night about this. We haven't heard from the Timothy McVeigh types of our country lately. The one thing the survivalists hate is Big Brother snooping and telling them what to do. I'm wondering if fact that Bush is spying on American citizens set off a new series of terrorist attacks...not from radical Islamics, but from radical Americans?
