How can you tell that the scandal storm clouds are a-brewing over our
beloved Washington DC?

The ass-covering has begun.

1) Colin Powell is OK with wiretapping, but ...
2) Bush probably should have obtained warrants first, and besides ...
3) Colin didn't know anything about it.
