1) you're in the military
2) you're stationed in Iraq, where Christmas dinner was a "ham and limas" C-ration someone found in the back of the MRE warehouse on Fort Riley, the place where army field rations live forever
and
3) your first sergeant just shook you gently on the shoulder and told you, "the pResident of the United States is on the phone and says he'd like to speak to you personally."

Given all that, how hard would you hang up on him?
