disgraceful. Criminal, sinister, evil. There are not enough adjectives to describe it. The article was awesome though, in its frankness.

There will not be a single country which will decide to support this plan with money. Japan is the only country which has definitely decided to give money, $1.5 billion I think.

Watch the quick change of plans. They'll renege on it. I'm willing to bet money on it.
