3. My hard drive crashed a couple months ago and I no longer
have the link to the article from the Star Tribune.. But a preliminary report issued by the NTSB several months ago looked like they had pretty much ruled out weather as the cause and were heading into the pilot error theory.

And yes, I lean to believing it was foul play. The number of articles printed in the local paper smearing the competence of both pilots months after the crash is enough to make me suspicious. One vaguely suggested (much like Bush* vaguely suggested a tie between Iraq and 9/11) there was a tie between one of the pilots and Moussali (sp) because they were at the same flight school in Eagan, MN at the same time.
