...is that his numbers go up when there is a disaster or a war. The repugs are too simplistic not to notice. What's in store for us pre-election?

He would be blamed. One of the Dem candidates at an Iowa town hall meeting was asked if Bush should get credit for the "100%" no repeat of 9-11.

The lack of an attack could work more in his favor. And with all the questions about this war, I just don't see more aggression without some dazzling spook work and the CIA isn't playing.

Fux News has Bush's ratings in the 50's. At this point he has shown that he does have weaknesses and the Democrats must expose them if they want to win in 04'!!!
