When is the 'explosive' 9/11 report supposed to come out?

The website for the 911 commission at

www.9-11commission.gov

will have transcripts for the third public hearing up tomorrow. Is this supposed to be the big thing, or what? Has anybody slogged through these transcripts yet? I've tried to, but they're just dripping with praise and propaganda, and they're so seemingly noncritical of anybody's actions. Maybe I just haven't got to the good nuggets, but I fail to see how anything from these guys can be explosive. Any clues, anybody?
