our nation is under attack from within. unlike pearl harbor, we are being attacked by our own elected and appointed officials. just like i was terrified into believing when i was a boy, someday, if we let them, communists would infiltrate and destroy america from within.
turns out it's true, but instead of the evil conquering foreigners, it was our own government who attacked we the people.

unless your hypnotized like the bush supporters, you can see that we have reached a real crisis level. the whole pressure cooker of scandal and ugly truth is ready to blow. it began in 2000, the y2k we all feared, is really here. most of us are so stunned, or mesmerized, that we don't even know how to react to the raping and robbing of our nation. some say take it to the streets, some say vote the bums out, some don't give a damn either way.

but, some sort of public demonstration is needed. not violent, just gather around the white house, camp out, shut the town down with non violent civil unrest. it is needed now, a show, a symbol, a movement, a reaction, a demonstration that the white house and the nation belongs to we the people, not we the conquering overlords.
we need to let it be known that we want our nation back like it was.

these men who have hijacked our nation and threaten the world, will stop at no atrocity to achieve their goals. they will stack up any number of bodies to pave their path. they are more evil than we can even realize, and the only way they will go away, is if they are forced to. and voting them out won't work, writing your congressman won't work, typing complaints like mine won't work either. the only thing that will restore our nation to us is simply to take it back.
we the people should surround OUR white house and demand the evil men occupying it leave post haste.

surround the white house with millions of demonstrators unwillng to leave until the junta is gone. i think it would work.

All 230 Million of us who did not vote for the criminal now in command, should just drop everything
and go to D.C. and not leave till the whole crew is jailed or feels safer relocating to Iraq or Afghanistan.

Count me in. But I would not support just letting them creep off to enjoy their ill-gotten billions, either. Every one of them should stand trial for their crimes -- we'll even be American and give them PUBLIC trials (unlike the folks locked away in cells without access to lawyers, justice or daylight)....we could broadcast the trials on CSPAN or COURT TV for the whole world to watch. Of course, being lying sacks of shit and DEFINITE flight risks they would all be remanded WITHOUT BAIL until their trials.

A national day of mouring? It's something we can all do without traveling to DC.

A day where we simply and completely disengage. No work, no shopping, no TV, no driving, leave your newspaper on the front porch -- and yes, even stay off the internet and telephone.

Can you imagine the impact if it worked?

Call in sick to work. Stay out of stores and off the streets. Just hole up at home; maybe go for a walk or two; spend no money.

The decline in vehicular traffic would send a message.
The absence of workers would send a message (to those who don't participate).
The decline in retail sales would send a message.
The lack of advertising viewers would send a message.
The decline of long distance calls would send a message.
The decline in Internet traffic would send a message.

???

Need a catchy phrase though.
