Projection: At current pace: 799 US dead in Iraq by 11/2/04
I sat down and figured out what the death toll in Iraq would be if the death toll in Iraq continued at the current pace from now until election day next year. At the current pace there will be 799 dead US soldiers in Iraq by the day Mr. Bush stands before the American voters. I should add that the pace seems to be picking up lately. A few weeks ago when I crunched the numbers the projection was 783 dead.

1. Yeah it'll
prolly be more than that even. Not only is the pace in general going to be picking up, you can almost be sure that they're gonna get us for one real nasty shot sometime before the election, and kill 40 or 50 simultaneously.
