Did anybody screen the transcript of the latest public hearing of the 9/11-commission (OURTH PUBLIC HEARING -- INTELLIGENCE AND THE WAR ON TERRORISM )?

Again 77 pages to screen. But there might be things in it that are not reported by the media up to now.

1. Skimmed the entire transcript.
Cleland asked some direct questions and the last 2 pages even discuss 9/11 specificly....the rest is just bullshit. All they want to talk about is "the lessons we learned from 9/11" and "organizational behavior theory".

The point is, this is an investigation on the events of 9/11 and what specifically occurred to allow this to happen. It's obvious that we have a comptenent, maybe superior intel organization that excels at collecting/collating/desiminating data....but if those that are at the top don't want to hear it, why should we be surprised that this event happened?

The question should be: why didn't this administration want to react to the intel that we had?

2. Thanks.
I am happy that you at least notice these transcripts. When I posted some excerpts of the last transcript, nobody was interested.

I agree with you that the question should be why nobody reacted to the available intel, not even to the events on that day. The transcript that dealt with the non-existing air defense had some interesting parts (e.g. that NORAD had the information at least informally before 9.24).
