1. well said stuff
I would edit this line
". In the meantime, we need the Democrats to develop that sense of courage in the face of their re-election fears and stand up for all of the rest of us."

& replace the word courage with outrage.

2. This is an excellent post from Buzzflash reader. Buzzflash is more left
than DU lately. Sometimes I've posted here or been on threads wondering why I seem so Left, when I was always a "centrist Dem although a Populist leaning one." And, when I felt on the outs with DU, Buzzflash always gave me hope that maybe we "Centrists" had moved to a very "Comfortable Left" because I've never seen Buzz to be a "Radical Lefty/Socialist/Commie/Stalinist leaning site.

When we here who criticized Daschle and Gephardt (when he was House Speaker) got trashed for not supporting the party....I wondered if I was really becoming a "Radical" because I wanted them to stand up and fight. When people supported Terry MacAuliff, I thought....."how could you?...why does he still have his job?"

But, Buzzflash has never let me down. I'm thankful to see this letter posted, and I couldn't agree more with it!

3. Buzzflash is more progressive than DU. Bartcop is more liberal
DU has sometimes disappointed me - too conservative.

Bartcop is much more my political style -

Its in your face,
screw the fascist bastards in the White House, and screw
the spinless DEMs who enable this illegitimate oil whore
who was installed by a rt-wing coup.

Buzzflash too is much more progressive than DU, as a whole.

American Politics (AMPOL) is great too.

Bushwatch.com POLITEX is quite liberal too

Democrats.com's Bob Fertik et al are much more
liberal than DU

I've had posts locked here at DU that were just copied
commentary posted at democrats.com or bartcop

democrats.com & bartcop & buzzflash ALL will call out strongly
against spineless DEMs, yet here at DU I'm about one of the few
DUers that will post that here.

way to many DUers get all bothered by this...

Gephardt ass-kissing Bush
