I forgot this piece of history. I thought this was interesting and I plan to use it the next time some fool throws that drivel about Clinton not doing anything about terrorism, or how strong Reagan was against terrorists.

So he did nothing about an attack on our Embassy in Beirut, while Clinton at least took military action after the attacks on our embassies in Africa. The only thing I wished the writer had said instead was to phrase it this way:
”… but his reaction to the barracks bombing was pitiful. He said he took (wink, wink) "full responsibility" (wink, wink) for the tragedy, but then he ran like hell and pulled the Marines out of Lebanon (retreated?). After that he ordered U.S. troops to invade Grenada…”
