The Saddam/WTC connection was never, ever used as a rational for war in the UK and was never even hinted at in the media. In fact, the only time it was ever mentioned was to point out how the US public were being manipulated both politically and emotionally.

So, while you may ultimately be correct, I see no reason to think that the judicial enquiry will cover 9/11.
