... I find it incredibly difficult to believe the timing of this sort of highly-covered and yet routine indictment is under anyone's control.

I'm pretty sure the prosecutor involved said, at least this morning, but I *think* on a previous day, that the decision would be announced today.

And frankly, I suspect the evidence must be a lot more than he-says she-says for this to happen. And I won't be a bit surprised if he's guilty. Because he is a pro athlete.
