Bush wants 87 Billion for Iraq Fine, Congress should get to tell him...

Exactly how it should be spent. No more of this disappearing money as soon as it goes to the pentagon. If we still hear more of this bullshit about troops not having proper equipment then the Bush administration will seriously have hell to pay.
