Cafferty already starting the tax cut spin
They are trying to explain why the market didn't resond yesterday to the great GDP numbers. But not until Jack Curmudgetty ranted about "the last time things were this good was under Ronald Reagan! Remember, his tax cuts and the trickle down and..." kinda trailed off, something about how great things were. Then he compared the current dems to Walter Mondale.

"Remember, he wanted to raise your taxes! Look where it got him!"

He continued to couch the entire discussion toward the "little guy," and how our tax cuts are going to be taken away by those mean old dems. Then he rate hate mail from people who agreed with him, with one thrown in from a guy who said he'd happily pay higher taxes if he could have social services.

Jack may be defending HIS tax cut, in HIS bracket, but not Joe Six's. Still, he managed to whip up the fear factor. Good play, Jack. The RNC check is in the mail.

1. Caf-Fartty GDP Bull$hit...& Tax cut ? of the day
This is what pisses me off. Cafferty is trying to say that the whole rise in the GDP means that the economy is growing and that the tax cuts are working.

Actually it is diddly squat...

First, the 87 Billion has yet to have an impact.

Second, JOBS - JOBS - JOBS Where are they? Well Shrubs friends have taken them offshore so they can pad their bottom line. It all looks great on paper but Jane and Joe 6pack still can't find a good paying job or feed their 2.5 kids.

Third, He's asking if people want to give their tax cuts back. That is such a loaded question. Wingnuts love that question. But, yes I'll give it back because it is simple. If you pay out more than you take in you end up with a big fat ZERO. The war in Iraq, Afganistan, and the up coming hostilities will cost more thanthe 87 billion over time. You add to that the tax cuts and the unemployment with the jobs going off shore and the government paying more for healthcare of the people who don't have healthcare and you end up with ZERO.

That is why I can't STAND Cafferty. He's an ass and an attempt by CNN to cash in on the whole wingnut craze.
