This reminds me of the old question, "How long have you been beating your wife?".

Howard Dean needs to find a forum to more thoroughly explain his stance, but I don't think he's said anything wrong, thus he shouldn't have to apologize.

Political realities being what they are, I think Dean does need to spend some time not just defending the Confederate flag vote thing, but also explaining to minority voters what he WILL do for them in order that there is a more equal "playing field" in this country.

.. has some very nice products if you're having trouble reading the rest of Dean's statements during that speech. Your local community college might also offer courses in Reading Comprehension ("REE-ding COM-pre-HEN-shun").. seek them out, then read Dean's entire speech, and then come back to us.

Otherwise, it reeks of desperation. Multiple candidates attempting to do what one can't do alone.
