Rush the Bastards? (Good idea here!)
We should seriously organize and do a phone-rush on the right-wing talking heads shows. I mean, if even a fraction of us all call into O'Reilly or H&C or any of that other crap at the same time, imagine the reaction?

Even if we don't get our message across very well, it'll still torture those sons of bitches.

1. I like it!
Just shut them down with too many calls. They have to talk to one of us.

I like it.

pranks... aimed squarely at the RW radio robots...

a few friends have started REALLY despising O'Reilly and sending him silly emails, we've been talking about ideas for subversive babble after claiming to be Republican.

"SHUT UP! SHUT UP!"

I'd love to go on his ridiculous show... someone should forward him some of my work and call it "unamerican drivel that demeans the president" - perhaps create a phony front group, CITIZENS FOR A PATRIOTIC MEDIA...

6. CITIZENS FOR A PATRIOTIC MEDIA ---- I like that!
My biggest dismay these days is the media.

We need to change it, we need to raise awareness ..... without it.

I like that title.

4. Remember MoveOn.org's Virtual March on Washington?
http://www.moveon.org/winwithoutwar/

Hundreds of thousands of us banded together and made phone calls, swamped congressional switchboards, and got our point across so firmly that it led the evening news that night.

If only a fraction of DUers organized the same in calling RW talk radio hosts on one day, it would be, at the very least, damned good fun. Sure, it would make the RWingers bitch about us for hours, and probably for a week, but that alone would let folks on our side know that we're out here.

Excellent idea, BloodyWilliam!
