Terry calls his plan for re-energizing the party Project 5104 which strikes me as the year he expects the plan to start paying off.

Terry McAuliffe has got to go. Enough is enough. He's a nice man, but we've had 3 election cycles with him as DNC chairman and we've lost every single time.

To replace him: it's strictly fantasy, but I'd seriously wonder if Bill Clinton could be DNC chair. Ok, I know it's completely far fetched. But, who else in the DNC is more attuned to electoral politics and is politically shrewd than Clinton?

We need someone with new ideas that is willing to fight hard and aggressively. I am frankly tired of playing nice. It's time to take the gloves off.

It's OUR party, of which Bill and Hillary are members. Certainly their voice carries some weight, but our voice is legion and the DNC is not the private campaign headquarters of the Clintons.

That's one problem with non-general election years when you're out of the presidency, there's no party figurehead to rally around.
