DOES LAUTENBERG NOT UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANTCE OF A FORMAL CEREMONY?

HAVE OVER FRICKING SENATORS GONE BEZERK!!!!! HE IS JUST GIVING SOME POLITICAL HALF ASS ANSWER!!!! THIS WAS HIS OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THE DEMOCRATS SHINE BUT HE GAVE IT UP!!!

I mean, they could have the military band with the COFFIN with the American flag draped over the men with honor.

This is just beyond me.

I have finally realized that our Democratic representation has gone loco. They have no idea to show respect to the soldiers.

He didn't even understand the issue at all.

2. Correct me if I am wrong

but Lautenberg is on CSpan right now. A female military nurse called in to the Senator and was wondering why the troops were being hid from the public. Why there weren't any formal ceremonies for the young men and women coming home from Iraq.

Anyhow, from what it appeared, he really didn't know what the issue was and starting talking about how it is sad that people are dying but it is war and the body count and stuff. But he didn't touch up on what she said. She wanted to know why the soldiers were being shamed and why there were no formal processions for the military men.
