"The sailors told him to prance around in a flight suit"?
Edited on Wed Nov-05-03 12:38 PM by BurtWorm
Great quote from Wesley Clark. I hope "prance around in a flight suit" memes its way into the American consciousness!

http://www.salon.com/opinion/feature/2003/11/04/clark_speech/index.html

"Now wait a minute. Now wait a minute. That was a pretty good-looking flight suit, you got to admit. But the thing is, a lot of brave Americans have worn and fought and some of them died in that flight suit. And he landed on the deck of that carrier, and now we found out this week that the banner behind him that said "Mission Accomplished" -- he didn't have anything to do with it: It was just his White House advance team that prepared it, while it was the sailors that really wanted it there. Next thing you know, we're gonna hear him say the sailors told him to prance around in a flight suit."

Next to somebody who's in really good shape. Why does he lift his knees so high? I've noticed this before. Weird...

5. if you had a strap choking your chode
and a big log a'crap in your pants you'd walk like that too. I can just imagine him telling the pilot that he hadn't flown since before he went AWOL.

8. My granny was raised on a farm. She would call this a "banty" rooster
walk. It was a small rooster who thought he owned the barnyard, arrogant, egotistical and full of shit.

9. I didn't know they had pilots that short
I bet he was hand-picked for that purpose. Oh, and I read somewhere that Bush's flight suit was tailored for him. Can't remember where I read that though...
