CNN just showed the press conference in which Congressman Charlie Rangel called on Donald Rumsfeld to resign. Boy CNN is hot today. First the Dean sort of apology, now this!

This situation is too dangerous and damaging to wait for '04.

They may not want to be accountable or responsible, but that should not stop patriots from saving their country. Our troops in the sand depend on US citizens to stand up and fight for them on the home front.

7. I fear this might play into Repub hands
They could dump Rumsfeld as a scapegoat for the Iraq war. Most Americans have already heard that the campaign was all his doing (which is probably false, but a good setup for the fall guy).
