can I assume you'll all be flocking to Massachusetts in 2008 to turn him out of the U.S. Senate?
I mean he is guilty of so many terrible CRIMES....
Or so I read hereabouts.

I mean, the guy's kind of nutless as far as the whole patriotism thing. But I think he's got a damned good record past the IWR.
I have heard something about him being a little fake...something about throwing medals over fences...
Whatever. The sentiment doesn't sink deep into the DU culture. Kerry's number 2 or 3 on my list. I'd probably be voting for him if it wasn't for the IWR.

And given preference would have him stay there.

As a presidential candidate, he is certainly preferable to G.W. Bush, but he's not my favorite among Democrats.

To me...his biggest problem as a Presidential candidate is his inability thus far to appeal broadly to voters. If he significantly turns this around, I'll take a second look.

A few have said it but I think that was more in reaction to other stuff on this board.

Kerry is great, has a great history and all, and for the most part inspires his supporters. He just doesn't 'get me fired up.' He's too tame. He doesn't take risks. Good for a Senator. Good for a President in the 90's. Not good right now.
