Gillespie on CNN

Says 2004 race will be close, happy over KY and MS races.

Woodruff means waves of Dem retirements. Talks about how great there.

Real opportunity to expand majority, he says.

Mentioning Locke's Comments. Says that LA will elect Republicans.

Talked about how Republicans were talking issues and how the Democrats were "attacking".

Talking about Democratic "Personal Attacks".

Talking about finance reform. Limits still exist, he says.

Attacking Dean now. Showing Dean in the left corner and saying things about him that are negative.

Conventional wisdom that Republicans are ahead.

War on Iraq mentioned. Woodruff mentioning American deaths in Iraq.

He thinks the President is "focused on winning the war on terrorism". Troop strengh has nothing to do with "political positioning".

If "we don't fight the war in Baghdad or Kabul it will be fought in Kansas City". He says.

End of interview.

1. What kind of campaigns did the Dems run in KY and MS?
were they negative, or is that just BS?

3. What it came to
KY--it was due to Patton's ethical lapses.

MS--Barbour was a very good challenger with the money to support him.

Period.

4. Maybe so, maybe no
My prediction record is still untarnished. I said that, when it was erevaled that the polls were a dead heat, that it was as certain as Saddam's "re-election" or Mussharraf's that the Repugs would win both by 7%.

So I am not surprised at all. Stacking Dem precicnts with either old, bad machines or Diebold specials, phony felon purges, etc., all are being honed to perfection by the Busheviks.

On the other hand, Carlos, even if you are right (and I am willing to accept that possibility) it doens't matter.

In Imperial Amerika, it really almost doesn't matter why a thing happens, just that it happens.

The same will be true for 2004.

And if the polls indicate a dead-even heat, the Busheviks win.

Remember Mary Landrieu in Louisiana? All polls (except the phony Gingrich poll which showed her losing, naturally, you need a backstory to fit the lie) showed her up somewhere around 50%-32%.

She won 52-48%. I have to admit that I did get that one wrong (I expected her to lose 52-48%) but if you'll notice the same poll swing (7-14%) KEEPS ON HAPPENING EVERYWHERE. Like Georgia and Minnesota. Suddenly, after years of being so accurate people were getting upset with it, polls can't dteremine shit. And they are always "mistaken" in the same way...7-14% more for the Repugs.

Surprise.

You think what you want. I've never been so right about stuff in my life until I began thinking of Bushevik Amerika in the same way I thought about the Old Soviet Union or Marcos' Phillipines.

And I know you saw my pre-"election" prediction indicating that MS and KY were as sown up as Saddam's Iraq.

You keep doubting, I'll keep making dead-balls-accurate predictions. Like with Corporate TV Pravda, eventually it will become so grotesquely obvious that you'll take note.
