Novak Confronted on CROSSFIRE
Edited on Wed Jul-23-03 03:45 PM by Cush
Menedez: Robert, you stood behind every investigation against CLinton, and now he's your new associate

Menedez then confronted Novak on his story about Wilson. Novak was looking very smug and said it wasn't important.

Carvile: This is a crime. We spent 70million investigating consensual sex, but we shouldn't look into this?

They keep spinning, blah blah, this isn't important

3. It was good!
The congress lady is also a dunce. She sits there spouting "I don't know, I didn't hear that" whenever the Novak scandal hit. She also I don't think has answered a single question from Carville.

6. This is a lot different
Because now whores like Novak are accomplices. To admit W is wrong is to admit to their own wrong doing. At this point they are not protecting W, they are protecting their own asses.

Revealing the identity of an agent is a serious federal crime. Novak knows that and under normal circumstances, this should be the end of his career. Instead of pontificating on CNN, Novak should be looking for a good lawyer.

16. Since REpublican Congresswoman Pryce, a lawyer, claims she doesnt know any
thing about the Novak outing of a CIA agent, we should all e mail or fax
her the story

http://truthout.org/docs_03/071803J.shtml

and find out if she as a rethuglican b elieves in the "rule of law" her party is so fond
of quoting. |She also says "no investigation" of false WMD matter. I think we as
29,000 DU]ers should let her know where it's at

14. Novak didnt look so smug when Menendez said it was illegal for WH person
to pass identity of covert operator to Novak and Novak to print, or when he
said there should be investigation and Novak called to name WH person.

Republican Pryce said : no investigation of Iraq uranium...dont know anything
about Novak..

Call her and tell her youre an American and you want to know who sent Americans
to war on false information...tell her you want investigation

18. I've been waiting for someone to smack him upside the head with it...
It's good that Menendez was there to do it. I didn't really expect Begala or Carville to bring it up -- professional courtesy, and all that. But Novak looked like he was going to swallow his teeth there, for a second or two. Loved it.

Now, I want to see someone on these shows keep asking people like Novak, Hannity, O'Reilly and Coulter, over and over, "Why are Republicans so unpatriotic?" Over and over, before they get a chance to wrap themselves in the flag.

20. Menendez on house Judicial Committee - see the importance of his
attacking Novak? heh heh

Call Porter Goss and Patrick Roberts who are blocking Rockefeller
and Menendez on having investigation of Nigergate.

Once "we the people" pressure for investigation, impeachment
is a possibiity.

Chairman Senator Pat Roberts of the intel Committee is
blocking Rockefeller demands for hearings (he's after Cheney)
as all republicans are stonewalling. Republican Intel Committe headed by Porter Goss same thing.

call Senator Patrick Roberts (Kansas)and tell him you demand an
investigation of Nigergate and Novak outing a CIA agent:

Washington, D.C. 20510-1605
Phone: (202) 224-4774
Fax: (202) 224-3514

Representative Porter Goss (Florida)
• Select Committee on Homeland Security
• Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence ,
Washington, D.C. 20515-0914
Phone: (202) 225-2536
Fax: (202) 225-6820

with a very good feeling. Novak kept playing Clinton clips suppporting the killing of the Hussain boys and the chimp's "mistake". Charley Rangel said on C-Span Washington Journal this morning that we have laws against assassinations.

19. It makes them look like fools that they made a blow job important
And not lies about leading us to war. Presidents make mistakes but Bush has not fessed up to this tragic error. He is to arrogant to admit any real motives behind the Iraq mess.
