and there used to be an art of reading tea leaves about the
Kremlin,

My theory Rummy knows he needs a draft, so does Bush, they will try to
hold until AFTER the election or... they have them now fully staffed
and are waiting for the executive order to implement

they'll call anyone who opposes the draft a traitor or terrorist. They are out to consolidate power and control the world, and that means more soldiers. No matter that we lose all our freedoms here.
