He is saying that if Howard Dean really wants to get a landslide of the vote, he should say that he will expose whether there are Aliens or not in Area 51 in Nevada. That way, everyone would be so curious, they would vote for him just to know.

Area 51 is in Nevada... and near Nellis Air Force base

If there are aliens running around, (think 'They Live'), we got the stupid ones. I would be just as ashamed to admit I am a Republican, as I would be to admit to being an alien that is on the shorter side of the intellectual scale.
