should we organize mass calls to our senators?

to counter the flood that talk radio has instigated today? limbaugh's fill-in told the audience to. and the congressional server is down, as someone pointed out in another thread, so they're obviously getting flooded. is it worth doing? at least to those on the fence? and does anyone know the congressional switchboard number?
