What's Bill Bennett Up To?

We all had a good chuckle when Mr. Morality was revealed as an all-night, high-stakes gambler. When reporters asked his wife about their finances, she gave them a snippy four-word answer: We're paying our bills.

I'd like to think that the author of the Book of Virtues has had to cut his speaking fees in half. What hypocrisy of him to lecture us, while being comped by Caesar's Palace for God-knows-what. Please don't tell me he's sailing right through it.

Praise the Lord for humbling the mighty.

He was addicted to the Vegas high life. With casinos in over 30 states, there was no reason for him to be jetting off to Vegas for his fix.

They have big casinos down there and he'd probably not be recognized down there esp. if he sneaks in in the middle of the night like he did in Vegas (he did that because there was nothing hypocritical about his gambling habit and his life as professional moral blowhard you see).

In the mean time I'm having a hard time knowing whats right and whats wrong without Bennett to guide me. :roll:
