He said "We will not be in the nation building business". Looking at Iraq and Afghanistan, it's pretty obvious that he's keeping with that promise.

Dubya and Co. are accomplishing what they want, so I guess they aren't "failures." By about any other measure, they are the biggest disaster to ever hit this Nation. Once people figure that out, little Dubya won't be welcome many places in our Country.
