1. Under the wonderful trade agreements the USA wants (FTAA, MAI)
Wal-mart would be able to SUE THE GOVERNMENT for NOT ARRESTING you. Think abou it.

3. I already do that
I live in a town that is a WalMart company town, two of Sam Walton's spawn live here and are in the process of ruining the place. I haven't bought WalMart for the past sixteen years.

And if WalMart wants to sue, let 'em. I think I could live with the idea of a countersuit, and owning the Walton spawn land here.
