2. I saw another article similar to this
that said that Independents had a more favorable view of democrats than republicans and this was as of October 2003. I don't think this 40 hour spectacle over judges has helped Repugs if that was their intention. Let's hope so.

4. The CNN poll showed a huge gap between the unfavorable and
favorable opinions on the GOP tactics. I don't know if it was freeped at any time but it was about 80% against the repugs.

6. And when we win big in 2004 . .
. . we need to do everything we can to make sure that these un-American frauds and political hacks never even get close to taking over this nation again.

It might require some pretty nasty politics - like denying the repuke minority even the minimal courtesies. We should do it not for revenge - but for the protection of democracy.

We should make life so unpleasant for them that they go back to being the corporate lobbiets that they really are - rather than want to run for office.
