So...it's not an exclusive and it was posted after UPI posted it on thier own page.... Is Drudge violating Copyright Laws?

I did a save on the page in case he decides to yank it....

BTW: Here's the guy who wrote the piece email addy in case you want to give him a shout that Drudge is calling his piece an exclusive!

Friday. He kicked off from work early.

He is probably planning to do some partying with Rush. I'm sure he doesn't want to miss that.

2. Well, he gave credit to UPI and the reporter.
I think UPI was calling it an exclusive, not Drudge.

Assuming Drudge has permission from UPI (for instance, a wire subscription), he can print whatever he wants. "Exclusive" isn't really one of those terms that has any sort of force of law.

Not that I enjoy defending Drudge. If he's printing the UPI stuff without permission, then he's violating copyright law.

3. Actually the UPI piece isn't calljng it an exclusive...
Drudge is trying to make it look like it was an exclusive to him when the piece was already out and about...
