Is it just me, or does Dean seem like a bit of a...
dufess?

I know this has absolutely nothing to do with his policies and I haven’t paid much attention to Dean (simple because I fucking can’t stand moderates) but I’m sure he’s a fine democrat, as moderates go.

He’s has a body like a bowling pin and grin like he’s not quite sure, what just happened. Again this has nothing to do with policy, I’m sure he’s as brilliant as President Clinton (but Clinton is Mr. Charisma, hands down)…this is a physical question and to many voters, unfortunately that’s what they vote for…Bush looked like a good old boy to some, Dole looked too old for the job to others, Carter looked liked a grinning peanut head, Malcolm Forbes looked like he loved getting electro shock therapy, etc. etc.. So I simply wanted to examine it…and get some fire going… so let’s fucking kick up some dust Deanite’s!

Although I support the only true liberal running for president, Dennis Kucinich, I have always voted Democrat and would most likely vote for Dean if he were the Democratic nominee. (Anyone but a republican, a right wing fascist or a conservative.)

Now admittedly Kucinich isn’t blessed with the best of looks, but I do indeed love his progressive stands and ideology as well as his commitment and passion.

In the WH at the moment is the true Howdy Doody moron of all time, a true smirking idiot puppet, with the, “haven’t got a clue” look, that Bush has, (and is.)

But to me (and it’s only my opinion,) Dean comes off a bit, let’s say, goofy; the few times I can stand to stomach a moderate speak. (I prefer to read the policies of these moderates, rather than watch many of these spineless democrats running.)

So tell me how fucking wrong I am!

I think I'll go send Kucinich another donation.

5. No. He seems like a proud Democrat to me...
...and if he wins the nomination, I will oppose/fight anyone who makes statements like this.

Look, I like Clark & kerry, but I may have to support Dean at some point- so NO, I do not think he is a "doofus" or whatever..

I think he is a handsome fella- kind of muscular- voters will not mind this as you suggest.

I like his passion-I'm angry too. I'm not sure where DUers got the idea that voters do not like candidates who appear to REALLY believe in what they are saying...oh- no, I do know where they got it- Bush/media TOLD them that voters do not like passion...

6. If you are going to personally attack anyone
(which is very undemocratic anyway) you should at least learn how to spell dufus.

7. what makes you sure at all that he's as brilliant as Clinton
or anywhere close. Dean comes off as a whining bitter rich-kid nerd more than a doofus. He's not stupid, but he is sheltered and arrogant.

10. He does look a bit like a wrestler or a "jarhead". Many folks don't expect
wrestlers and jarheads to be smart. But, like you said, "I’m sure he’s as brilliant as President Clinton."

The guy graduated from Medical School. Owned and operated a medical practice/small buisness with his wife. Served as state senator, Lt. Governor and Governor. He's perhaps running the best political campaign the Democratic Party has ever had.

He doesn't talk "down to" folks. He doesn't use flowery words. He doesn't ask you to agree with him on everything or try to be everything to everyone. He doesn't lie about his campaign positions, instead he tries to explain his campaign positions.

Give 'em hell, Howard!
