Can we pull Ann Coulter's feeding tube?
Just fell into her op/ed piece where she seems to be defending the life of Terri Schiavo. Maybe. She goes off on mindless tangents suggesting we remove Dennis Kucinich's feeding tube and that Walter Mondale is brain dead.

Won't honor her with snippets, but here's a link to the article:

I'm sorry, Ms. Coulter, but you've driven me to defend Larry King. Like Larry, I have a 35-year-old daughter. She doesn't like talking about death. She would not be on life support for 13 years unless she wanted to be there. I love her husband and trust that he would know her wishes in such eventuality. I hope it never happens and I'll probably already be dead if it does, but wishes like that, recorded in writing or not, are usually shared between a husband and wife more often than between a child and parent.

OK, there are some shadows on Michael Schiavo, but if I were Terri, I would have come out of that coma the minute I heard of the "Terri Law." How else could I write nasty letters to the Governor and my state representatives?

I'm rambling as bad as Ms. Coulter now because I'm angry and it's past my bed time. Maybe ol' Annie was writing when she should have been sleeping.

Good night, y'all. And may we all wake in the morning, even Ann Coulter.

1. I'm ashamed of myself
I had a laughing fit when I read that subject line.

4. Don't be ashamed
The rules say the subject must fit the post. It did, didn't it?

In my next life, I might try stand-up comedy. Right now, I'll keep sitting down.

2. Her Adam's apple is constricting her airway..
.. her brain is lacking the oxygen it needs to think straight.

I am puzzled as to why people even pay attention to her rantings, or any of these other windbags.

7. Thanks for identifying the problem!
I know a cure for that but it involves a noose and lots of Jell-o.

3. That ain't food in Ann's tubes.
It's some horrible steroidal mix of sugar-free jello, anti-freeze and botox.

8. I'm too old, and too experienced to read Ann's crap ... I don't go there!
It's entertainment for the mindless, just like Ru$h (what a rush that oxycontin gives!). Ru$h. What a perfect name for that hypocritical motherfucker!

11. I'm too old now, too.
And one article is enough experience for a lifetime. Just like watching the Ru$h comedy show, once is enough. (Is it my imagination or is he the only one who thinks he's funny?)

Been there, done that, and don't need to do it again.

If I want entertainment for the mindless, I turn on a network TV sitcom.

12. Her last four poi nts describe her(him)self perfectly
(1) expresses an unseemly enthusiasm for another person's death;

(2) was the only person present when the incident leading to the persistent vegetative state occurred;

(3) stands to make money off the person's death; or

(4) is wearing a "W.W.C.V.B.D.?" (what would Claus von Bulow do?) bracelet?
