"REPUBLICANS WILL NEVER GIVE UP THEIR VOTING MACHINES"
http://www.mapcruzin.com/news/voting-fraud-050803e.htm
2002 Elections: Republican Voting Machines, Election Irregularities, and "Way-Off" Polling Results
By Lynn Landes 11/8/02

"The Republicans will never give up their voting machines," said a top Republican party official to Charlie Matulka, the Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate seat in Nebraska. This statement was in response to Charlie's very public protest against the conflict-of-interest inherent in the candidacy of Senator Chuck Hagel (R-NE). Hagel has held top executive positions (and still has investments) in companies that owned the machines that counted the vote in Nebraska this election and last.

ELECTION FRAUD PROBABILITY ANALYSIS
Statistical Probability Analysis of the 2002 Senate elections
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=104&topic_id=85732

A statistical analysis of the Senate 2002 elections uses basic probability theory to determine the odds that four out of eight hotly contested Senate races would dramatically turn from the Democrat to the Republican, reversing polls taken just prior to the election.

See: American Coup: Mid-Term Election Polls vs Actuals
http://www.scoop.co.nz/mason/stories/HL0211/S00078.htm

These results should be taken in the context of "Analysis of an Electronic Voting System", written by four computer scientists at Johns Hopkins. They assert that analysis of the Diebold electronic voting system shows that "it is far below even the most minimal security standards applicable in other contexts".

This analysis does NOT constitute proof of fraud, but is nevertheless highly incriminating circumstantial evidence.

1. This is very good. All the facts in one place.
Edited on Sun Nov-16-03 11:43 AM by undergroundrailroad
In the two years before the elections, the Florida secretary of state's office quietly ordered the removal of 94,000 voters from the registries. Supposedly, these were convicted felons who may not vote in Florida. Instead, the overwhelming majority were innocent of any crime, though just over half were black or Hispanic.

We are not guessing about the race of the disenfranchised: A voter's color is listed next to his or her name in most Southern states. (Ironically, this racial ID is required by the Voting Rights Act of 1965, a King legacy.)

<snip>

Jim Crow has moved into cyberspace -- harder to detect, craftier in operation, shifting shape into the electronic guardian of a new electoral segregation.

WHY? the above captioned was *not* pursued more aggressively as a crime and/or a violation of the Voting Rights Act, I will never know.

The Voting Rights Act should be amended to address cyberspace "Jim Crow". If not, it will only continue.
